📦 Shipping & Orders

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 1PM (PHT) ship out same dayMetro Manila only. For provincial areas, your order will be dispatched the next day depending on courier availability.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Quezon City, Metro Manila. Proudly homegrown, always culture-coded.

Do you ship outside the Philippines?

Not yet. But never say never. 🌎

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, we’ll send a tracking link to your email. Check your inbox (and spam, just in case). No email? DM us.

My order hasn’t arrived—what do I do?

First, check the tracking link. Still stuck? DM us @kultkidsph with your order number and we’ll handle the rest.

🧾 Payments & Confirmation

What payment methods do you accept?

Right now, we accept Bank Deposit (BPI), with secure bank transfer, credit card, and e-wallet payments rolling out soon. Instructions are provided at checkout.

I paid via bank transfer. What now?

Send a screenshot of your payment + your Full Name and Order Number to our Instagram DMs (@kultkidsph). We’ll confirm and process your order from there.

👕 Sizing & Fit

How do your tees fit?

Our graphic tees are unisex, boxy, and oversized. Check our sizing page for exact measurements.

I’m between sizes. What should I do?

For a looser, street-style fit, stay true to size or size up. For something closer to body, size down. Still unsure? Drop us a DM and we’ll guide you through it.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

We only accept returns for wrong or defective items. If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 3 days of receiving it, unworn, unwashed, and with the packaging intact. For a more comprehensive guide, check our refund policy.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Canceled orders prior to dispatch
  • Lost parcels confirmed by the courier
